Notice of Change of Venue for Annual General Meeting 2023

The Annual General Meeting of Company (AGM) is to be held on 23 November 2023 at 6:00pm.
**Notice is hereby given to all members that the venue for the AGM is changed to The Hilton Hotel, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff, CF10 3HH.**
The change is made due to the non-availability of the original venue (The Law Society Offices, Greyfriars Tower, Cardiff)
Except for the change of venue, all other information set out in the Notice of AGM dated 26th October 2023, including the date and time and the resolutions to be considered at the AGM remain unchanged. (Booking info and full details here).
Proxy and voting instructions relating to the original venue remain unchanged and will be valid for the new venue.
