Cardiff & District Law Society aims to reconnect with our Black Asian Minority Ethnic (B.A.M.E) and non-B.A.M.E colleagues who wish to learn more about how to support their colleagues.

In our free, online coffee meeting, we seek to explore the burning questions: ‘Is the term BAME fit for purpose?’; and ‘What would you replace the term B.A.M.E with?’.

What to expect

We are keen to hear your thoughts on whether you identify as B.A.M.E or consider the term helpful as a friend of B.A.M.E colleagues.

We would love the chance to see you online for a coffee and a catch-up and hear your ideas about events we could host in the future.

We are also seeking volunteers for our Cardiff cross-firm Mentoring Scheme. Please come along to find out more.
